Repentance for transgression (Adam (AS) & Hawwa's Dua)

Quran: Surah Al-A'raf, 7:23

رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنْفُسَنَا وَإِنْ لَمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ

Transliteration

Rabbana zalamna anfusana wa illam taghfir lana wa tarhamna lanakunanna minal khasirin.

English Meaning

Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we will surely be among the losers.

বাংলা অর্থ

হে আমাদের প্রতিপালক! আমরা নিজেদের আত্মার প্রতি অবিচার করেছি, আপনি যদি আমাদের ক্ষমা না করেন ও দয়া না করেন, তবে আমরা নিশ্চিতভাবেই চরম ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ে পড়ব।

رَبَّنَا إِنَّنَا آَمَنَّا فَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ

Rabbana innana amanna faghfir lana dhunubana waqina adhaban nar.

Our Lord! We have surely believed, so forgive our sins and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَإِسْرَافَنَا فِي أَمْرِنَا وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَنَا وَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ

Rabbanaghfir lana dhunubana wa israfana fi amrina wa thabbit aqdamana wansurna alal qawmil kafirin.

Our Lord! Forgive our sins and excesses, make our feet firm, and grant us victory over the disbelieving people.
