Dua before eating (Bismillah)
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ
Bismillah.

اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيمَا رَزَقْتَنَا وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
Transliteration
Allahumma barik lana fima razaqtana waqina 'azaban-nar.
English Meaning
O Allah! Bless us in what You have provided us with, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
বাংলা অর্থ
হে আল্লাহ! আপনি আমাদেরকে যা রিজিক দিয়েছেন তাতে বরকত দিন এবং আমাদেরকে জাহান্নামের আযাব থেকে রক্ষা করুন।
Significance & Context
This supplication transforms eating into worship by combining gratitude for provision with a plea for protection from the Fire. It reminds the believer that baraka in food is tied to spiritual state, and every meal is an opportunity to invoke divine mercy and mindfulness of the Hereafter.

Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi at'amani hadha wa razaqanihi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwah.
All praise is for Allah who fed me this and provided it for me without any might or power on my part.
