This phrase appears twice in Surah Ar-Rahman (55:27 & 55:78) as the definitive conclusion to Allah's enumeration of His favours. The Prophet ﷺ commanded: 'Persist in reciting Ya Dhal-Jalali wal-Ikram.' Several distinguished scholars hold this standalone phrase as the Isme Azam. اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِأَنِّي أَشْهَدُ أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ اللَّهُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ الأَحَدُ الصَّمَدُ الَّذِي لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ

Allahumma inni as'aluka bi anni ashhadu annaka antallah, la ilaha illa ant, al-ahadus-samad, alladhi lam yalid wa lam yulad, wa lam yakun lahu kufuwan ahad.

O Allah, I ask You by my testifying that You are Allah; there is no deity except You, the One, the Self-Sufficient, who did not beget, nor was begotten, and to Whom there is no equivalent.
